YOGA INSTRUCTOR

TARA DOUBMAN

Tara began her yoga journey after a

serious accident as a way to improve her

balance, strength and flexibility. Along

the way, she found the power of

breathwork as a way to stay present,

especially when life throws difficult things

your way. During her 12 years as a yoga

student, Tara has attended many

different types of classes - Hatha,

Vinyasa, Baptiste, Iyengar and Ashtanga

- with many different teachers and

teaching styles. Her 200 Hour RYT

training was completed with Stacy and

Dave Dockins, who teach an embodied

posture flow, where students are encouraged to try slight variations on

postures to find what works best in their

own body. Tara teaches a flow class with

some held postures and hopes that her

students can take one small cue or tip

away from each class – and have a little

fun as well.
